My teen had an appointment with Dr. Acampora and I was very pleased with the visit. I read some poor reviews and honestly found him to be very competent and thorough. He did not rush the visit and explained his diagnosis in a clear manner. He ordered blood work and another test that clearly explained the issue my teen was experiencing. I am very grateful. Because Dr. Bauer is impossible to get we were lucky enough to find this doctor. Review is based on one visit.
I love these guys. All the primary care people are awesome. I had to stop going there due to moving to Sw Florida. I have been looking for a place down here, but no place can replace the great bedside manner or personal relationships that I have with them. Miss you guys a lot. Keep up the great work. Open up a place down here, and I'll be 1st in line.
This was my first visit with Dr. K. Bauer, what a great experience, Dr. K, was personable prompt courteous and professional and prayerfully this pain I'm experiencing will be quickly remedied, looking forward to my next visit and being pain free.
I have known Dr. Ken Bauer and Dr. Steven Bauer for over 25 years. Steve is my primary physician and Ken is my Chiropractor. Even thought i may not get to see Steve every time, all of the PAs in his office are outstanding. If you suffer from back or neck pain his brother Ken is the Dr to see. Every single time i have contacted Dr Ken Bauer, he has gone out of his way to work me in. Dr Ken Bauer is not like all the other Chiropractors out there who spend less than 5 minutes with you. He listens to his patients concerns and administrators care according to your needs. I recently Visited Dr Ken Bauer this past week forNeck and back pain. After spending 30-45 minutes in his office i felt almost 100% back to normal. I would highly recommend this practice
I have been seeing Dr Ken for years! And he is LITERALLY like family. No matter what time, he always fits me into his schedule even if I get there a few mins late! He is so caring and gentle and he gets me RIGHT! He is the best! Definitely the BEST chiropractor in North Carolina!
Multiple visits and each time they are very friendly and fast to get me in. All PAs but that's the game with most walk-ins. Ken Bauer is also here for chiropractor appointments, cold laser therapy is the bomb for any back issues.
I am consistently blown away by Ballantyne Medical Associates. Whether I'm at the office of Dr. Steven Bauer or at the walk-in clinic seeing his brother, Dr. Ken Bauer, this practice is head and shoulders above the rest. It's really not even a competition. There are plenty of companies in the hospitality industry that could learn from their service and commitment to excellence, let alone another medical practice. I would recommend the brothers Bauer to any and everyone I encounter.
