Nina

Nina grew up in Columbia, SC and is a graduate of Clemson University. Since graduation she has spent the past 26 plus years in law enforcement. During this time Nina worked for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department as well as the State Law Enforcement Division. Nina supervised the Victim Services Unit and Missing Persons Unit. She soon rose to the ranks of Lieutenant working within the departments administrative division and completed her career as the Lieutenant over the Public Affairs Unit for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. Nina’s focus is to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment while managing office efficiency and developing a culture of individual accountability. When not working she relishes in time spent with her daughter and two dogs. Nina is excited about bringing her decades of experience working with the public along with a skill set in business administration and employee management to Ballantyne Medical Associates^® in Charlotte, N.C.
