Cheryl Foote received her RN diploma from the Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing in Omaha, NE in 1986. She started her nursing career at the Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans, LA, where she worked in a medical-surgical unit for four years. In 1990, she married and moved with her husband to Summit, NJ, where she was part of a cardiology unit for two years at Overlook Hospital. In 1992, she relocated to Buffalo, NY where she worked for 11 years in several different intensive care units at Erie County Medical Center.
Cheryl moved to Charlotte in 2003 where she worked as a clinical manager and educator at Bayada Home Healthcare, where she was twice nominated for clinical manager of the year. Her focus during this time was keeping people healthy at home.
Throughout her 35-year-plus nursing career, Cheryl has always maintained a strong passion for helping people through their healthcare journey. She was excited to join the Remote Patient Monitoring/Chronic Care Management team and the opportunity it presents to help people manage chronic conditions and live their healthiest lives.
Cheryl has been married for 31 years and is the mother of three grown children and a rescue dog. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, and gardening.
