I hope this message finds you well. After much consideration and deliberation, I have made the very difficult decision to leave Ballantyne Medical Associates. Though this decision has been extremely heavy, a change is necessary for my family, specifically that of my three young children. My final day will be March 28, 2025.
I have been given a unique opportunity to join a single provider boutique wellness practice, StriveMD, in Marvin/Waxhaw, NC alongside Dr. Julie Howson. Union County has been my home for nearly 20 years, and this location will shorten my commute drastically, to and from work, allowing me to gain much needed time with my littles.
Your care will continue as normal at BMA. Dr. Bauer, who began this practice in 2007, alongside an amazing team, is here to support you all in the seamless transition of your medical care. Dr. Acampora has been with BMA for many years. BMA’s Nurse Practitioners (Kimberly, Adrianna, and Shelby) have each been hand selected by Dr. Bauer to join this team and they bring so much value to BMA. I am confident you will find a provider that meets all your needs and exceeds your expectations.
Lastly, thank you for entrusting me with your health and making my time at BMA so memorable and enjoyable. It has been my honor to be chosen as part of the BMA healthcare team for you, and many of your families, for the last 7 years. Wishing you all the best in the future!
